About the role

We are seeking a Legal Coordinator to join our team in Khobar. The Legal Coordinator will act as a bridge between the legal department and human resources, ensuring that all employment practices adhere to Saudi Arabian labor laws. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, handling employee relations issues, and providing guidance on regulatory compliance. The coordinator will also maintain up‑to‑date legal files and support the HR team in policy implementation.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation and filing of legal documents.
Assist the legal department in contract review and management.
Support HR initiatives related to labor law compliance.
Maintain organized records of legal and HR correspondence.
Draft and review employment contracts.
Assist in handling employee grievances.
Conduct legal research on labor law updates.
Prepare reports for management.
Coordinate training sessions on compliance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law.
1–3 years of experience working in Human Resources.
