Logistics Manager

About the role

The Logistics Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and control of all logistics activities for construction projects in Riyadh. This role ensures efficient material flow, equipment utilization, and site access while maintaining strict compliance with HSE standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project logistics plan aligned with the construction schedule and sequence.
• Coordinate material delivery with construction, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Manage site access, traffic control, and safe movement within project zones.
• Monitor material availability to prevent delays and allocate equipment based on workload.
• Maintain equipment logs, utilization reports, and downtime analyses.
• Evaluate logistics subcontractor performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure all logistics activities follow HSE policies, lifting plans, and traffic management plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction logistics for major infrastructure or civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, lifting operations, and site logistics planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with logistics tracking software.
