About the role
Chalhoub Group is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant to join its Riyadh store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of luxury tech and beauty products.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and use sales techniques to achieve targets.
- Maintain counter cleanliness, manage stock replenishment and handle new product launches.
- Promote products, ensure merchandising follows brand guidelines, and keep shelves stocked.
- Answer customer queries about products, prices, availability and usage.
- Demonstrate product benefits and advise customers on suitable ranges.
- Track daily sales, sell‑out targets and post‑launch performance.
- Prepare daily sales reports and contribute to incentive achievements.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for luxury retail.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
- Professional grooming standards and a polished appearance.
- Excellent communication skills to assess and fulfill customer needs.
