Maintenance Supervisor – Switchgear Manufacturing (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team of a leading switchgear and low‑voltage electrical panel manufacturing division in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting safe production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations for HV/MV power transformer and panel equipment.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to minimise downtime.
• Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably with HV/MV power transformer equipment.
• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and technical knowledge of switchgear manufacturing.
• Proven team‑leadership and communication skills.
