Manager - Digital Transformation

About the role

The Manager – Digital Transformation will lead the identification of operational gaps and design of technology roadmaps that drive efficiency across business units. This role is responsible for championing innovative business models and overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own digital solutions and manage user applications such as Loyalty Program and Car Hub.
• Drive ERP implementation from requirements gathering through go‑live.
• Oversee legacy system migration to modern platforms while ensuring business continuity.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Develop and enforce project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Conduct vendor assessments, manage contracts and mitigate operational and data‑security risks.
• Align technology solutions with business strategies and promote automation/AI where applicable.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end management of user applications.
• Experience driving ERP implementations and system migrations.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience conducting vendor assessments and managing contractual agreements.
