Manager - Market Analytics and Contracts

About the role

The Manager – Market Analytics and Contracts will support commercial decision‑making through performance reporting, market analytics, financial modelling, and contract performance management. The role translates commercial and financial data into actionable insights to boost business performance and revenue optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast commercial demand across airport terminals, zones and categories to inform asset planning, tenant‑mix strategies and revenue projections.
• Analyse category and zone performance to identify space optimisation and commercial tenant‑mix opportunities.
• Evaluate travel trends, macro‑economic indicators and global airport benchmarks to refine forecasts and performance targets.
• Analyse rental rates, concession fees and revenue‑sharing models to spot renegotiation and repricing opportunities.
• Support design and negotiation of commercial contract frameworks, including performance indicators, service levels, variable rent terms and incentives.
• Own monthly commercial performance reporting, dashboards and quarterly business reviews, conducting variance and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field (Master’s or professional qualification such as CFA, CMA, ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position within commercial analytics, FP&A, revenue management or contract performance.
• Proven ability to work across commercial and corporate functions to validate data, drive performance discipline and ensure contract compliance.
