About the role

The Managing Director of The Avenues Riyadh will act as the chief leader and brand ambassador for three iconic luxury hotels – Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and Canopy – within one of the Kingdom’s most ambitious mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic, operational and commercial performance of all three hotels.
• Shape a curated luxury guest journey for Waldorf Astoria while ensuring each brand delivers a distinctive, market‑leading experience.
• Drive personalised, thoughtful service and a culture of excellence for guests, team members and owners.
• Oversee extensive dining, leisure, meeting and wellness facilities across more than 1,200 guestrooms.
• Collaborate with shared infrastructure and integrated guest amenities across the interconnected towers.
