Manufacturing Professional – Materials Planning & Execution

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Professional to plan and schedule the materials needed to execute our business in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with sales, commercial, manufacturing and supply‑chain teams to translate demand into physical orders and ensure timely delivery to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule material and production to guarantee the shop has required materials, documentation, tooling and equipment.
• Coordinate material input/output, manage shortages and farm‑out material.
• Identify and react to material plans that do not meet customer requirements.
• Provide effective scheduling based on master schedule, cycle time, shop capacity and tooling availability.
• Monitor supply‑demand misalignment using the planning system and work with manufacturing sources to implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional groups to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, manpower issues and capacity constraints.
• Analyze current production status, identify problem areas and maintain MRP system integrity.
• Update project teams with delivery dates for open orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• 2‑3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to execute tasks tactically with a sense of urgency.
