Marketing & Advertising Manager (Education)

About the role

Lead the development and execution of high‑impact marketing strategies for a leading education and vocational training organization in Saudi Arabia. The role combines strategic leadership, large‑budget management, and team development to drive measurable results aligned with Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that address the unique needs of the education sector and align with the organization’s Vision 2030 goals.
• Lead large‑scale campaigns, allocate substantial budgets efficiently, and use analytics to maximise ROI.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows and strategic events, building relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Oversee omnichannel marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and traditional advertising, integrating innovative approaches to generate and nurture leads.
• Define, track and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering high‑profile campaigns.
• Extensive experience in event planning, lead generation and digital marketing across multiple platforms.
• Fluent bilingual communication in Arabic and English.
