Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead business development for Dream Forge Trading Co, a manpower supply company based in Riyadh. The role focuses on acquiring new client contracts, managing government‑related paperwork, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified personnel to client companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract companies needing manpower such as electricians, technicians, plumbers, and forklift operators.
• Visit potential client sites, present service offerings, and negotiate contracts or agreements.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Handle all governmental procedures related to labour, including GOSI, Mudad, and Abshir registrations.
• Process employee visas, iqama renewals, and insurance administration to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver manpower on time and according to contract terms.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or manpower supply sectors.
• Familiarity with Saudi labour regulations and government portals (GOSI, Mudad, Abshir).
• Ability to travel to client locations and represent the company professionally.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
