Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own and drive all local marketing activities for our premium escape‑room brand in Riyadh. You will be the face of the brand on the ground, creating buzz through activations, events and partnerships that turn curious visitors into booked players.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute local activations, events, promotions and partnership campaigns that generate footfall.
• Build and maintain relationships with malls, schools, corporates, venues and community groups.
• Manage on‑site advertising, track performance metrics and optimise spend to maximise bookings.
• Collaborate with the content team and produce simple visual content (phone video/photo) when needed.
• Gather customer feedback from the field and relay insights to improve the experience.

Required profile

• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate with legal right to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Enjoys field work and direct interaction with people rather than desk‑only tasks.
• Organised, self‑driven and eager to grow into a management role.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Local/field marketing – activations, events, promotions.
• Partnership development with local businesses and communities.
• Social‑media management and basic content creation (phone video/photo).
• Proficiency with digital tools such as spreadsheets and basic reporting.
