Marketing Transformation Professional

About the role

The Marketing Transformation Professional will lead the design and implementation of new marketing capabilities, ensuring they align with Mobily’s business policies and deliver a delightful customer experience. This role bridges marketing strategy with technical execution, supporting both short‑term operational targets and long‑term strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Requirement Specification Documents (RSD) covering functional and business needs for new capabilities.
• Translate technical requirements to development teams and document end‑to‑end experiences for core services, including workflows and support processes.
• Ensure departmental methodologies meet Mobily’s policies, ethical standards, and core functional objectives.
• Participate in global commercial transformation programs, aligning marketing initiatives with corporate strategy.
• Act as the commercial single point of contact (SPOC) for IT transformation, DWH, BI, and analytics projects.
• Represent Mobily’s Centre of Excellence in transformation RFPs, capability definition, and system selection.
• Execute short‑term and long‑term commercial transformation strategies to maximize profitability and sustainability.
• Support digital transformation efforts from a marketing perspective and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Drive technology selection in partnership with administration, technology, and procurement teams.
• Manage PDP and CX standard frameworks, including package conversion, VAS, and financial treatment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in marketing transformation, commercial strategy, or related business analysis roles.
• Strong understanding of telecom or digital service environments is advantageous.
