Medical Operations Representative

About the role

Salehiya Healthcare is seeking a motivated Medical Operations Representative to coordinate and execute supply delivery operations at government health facilities across Saudi Arabia. The role involves on‑site visits to hospitals, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and smooth logistical flow.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to hospitals to facilitate delivery operations and verify on‑site requirements.
• Coordinate supply appointments, maintain a follow‑up log, and manage rescheduling when needed.
• Attend delivery sessions, resolve minor logistical issues, and collect delivery notes and invoices.
• Enter final receipts and transaction data into the SAP system promptly.
• Provide daily status reports on supply progress and field observations.
• Assist in tracking financial claims and ensure supporting documents are submitted.
• Guide junior team members to follow standard procedures.
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple delivery schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP for data entry and transaction tracking.
