Medical Representative – Dermatological Skincare (Hospital Line)

Galderma is a leading dermatology company operating in about 90 countries, offering a science‑based portfolio of premium skincare and therapeutic products. The role focuses on promoting dermatological skincare solutions to pharmacies and healthcare professionals in the Jeddah territory.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planned field visits to pharmacies, pharmacists, and designated healthcare professionals according to territory coverage plans.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy chains, and key retail stakeholders to drive product recommendation and business growth.
• Ensure excellent visibility and positioning of Galderma products across assigned pharmacy accounts.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to avoid shortages and supply disruptions.
• Implement commercial and marketing plans, including in‑store activations, promotional campaigns, and pharmacy education initiatives.
• Conduct product detailing and educational sessions for pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
• Organize pharmacy‑focused meetings, activation programs, and promotional events aligned with business objectives.
• Collect and report pharmacovigilance cases in full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the dermatology or skincare industry.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, organizational and systematic work approach.
• Experience in territory and distributor management is an added advantage.
