MEP Construction Manager – Riyadh

About the role

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of large‑scale construction projects in Riyadh. You will ensure that all MEP works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on‑site MEP activities from project inception to handover.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Review and approve MEP design drawings, specifications, calculations, and material submittals.
• Develop and control MEP schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire‑safety systems.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.
• Provide technical guidance, resolve complex MEP issues, and prepare progress reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an MEP Manager or senior role on large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and Saudi regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a plus.
