MEP Project Manager

About the role

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope of large‑scale construction projects in Riyadh. The role involves planning, executing and delivering MEP works on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all MEP activities from design and procurement through installation, testing and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets aligned with overall project objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Review and approve MEP submittals, drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Manage resources, including labour, materials and equipment, to optimise efficiency and control costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality and health‑safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions.
• Prepare and present progress reports highlighting milestones, risks and financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing MEP systems on large building or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes and technical standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
