Microsoft Instructor

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Microsoft Instructor to deliver core Microsoft courses on client and server operating systems to our clients across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves teaching up to 160 days per year at various locations, primarily in Cairo, Dubai, and Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft Windows client and server OS courses to adult learners.
• Provide hands‑on guidance, coaching, and supervision during classroom and lab sessions.
• Assess trainee performance in classroom, on‑the‑job, and laboratory environments.
• Apply adult learning techniques and utilize diverse training materials such as lesson plans and lab guides.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Microsoft products and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a trainer or instructor.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
