Mid-Level Flutter Developer

About the role

Thaheen is building a student mobile app for iOS and Android to serve health‑science university students. We need a Mid‑Level Flutter Developer to build features end‑to‑end, work directly with the founders, and influence the product architecture in an early‑stage, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship Flutter features such as course browsing, video lessons, practice questions and in‑app purchases.
• Develop end‑to‑end functionality from UI to API integration, handling authentication, sessions and token refresh.
• Manage application state using the existing Riverpod/Bloc/Provider patterns.
• Create Arabic‑first layouts with proper RTL behavior across phones and tablets.
• Implement local storage and caching to ensure reliability on weak connections.
• Investigate and fix bugs, crashes and performance issues.
• Write clear, maintainable code and add tests where they add value.
• Participate in code reviews and understand the existing architecture before proposing changes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of practical experience with Flutter and Dart, with at least one released app.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, handling JSON, authentication and token management.
• Hands‑on experience with a state‑management solution (Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, Provider, etc.).
• Comfortable using Git, pull requests and code reviews.
• Ability to work independently in a small, early‑stage team without detailed step‑by‑step instructions.
