Odoo Functional Consultant – Finance, Procurement & HR

About the role

Responsible for analyzing functional requirements, documenting processes, and configuring Odoo to meet the needs of finance, procurement and HR departments. The consultant supports integration, testing and training activities, ensuring that operational procedures are optimized and system usage follows ERP best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements and thoroughly document business processes for finance, procurement and HR departments to ensure clear system specifications.
• Configure Odoo modules, including Finance, Purchase and HR, to align with departmental needs and adhere to company standards and regulatory compliance.
• Support system integration efforts, conduct comprehensive testing, and deliver end‑user training sessions to guarantee smooth adoption.
• Monitor operational procedures, identify optimization opportunities, and implement best practices to maintain efficient system usage.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing or supporting ERP solutions in finance, procurement or human resources environments.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of financial, governmental and HR procedures and related regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency with leading resource‑planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics, complementing Odoo expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline; professional ERP certification is preferred.
