About the role
Mowah is seeking an Operation Engineer to support and monitor the operational and engineering activities of its plant in Jeddah. The role focuses on ensuring efficient plant performance, coordinating with technical teams, and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational processes and plant performance.
- Identify, analyse, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to resolve problems.
- Support and implement operational improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports on plant efficiency and recommend corrective actions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Experience working in operations or plant environments.
- Strong technical and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to support and drive improvement projects.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from SAR 12,000 to SAR 13,500.
