Operations Manager – Vehicle Distribution

About the role

The Operations Manager – Vehicle Distribution will lead the Auto Units Distribution Division in Saudi Arabia, ensuring seamless warehousing, documentation, port clearance and delivery of vehicles to dealers across the Kingdom. This position is pivotal for operational excellence, customer satisfaction and achieving the company’s financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate, timely management reports that highlight daily performance, achievements and trends.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures for all logistics and supply‑chain activities.
• Monitor P&L performance, manage costs and drive efficiency to meet Net Profit targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and value‑added insights.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of vehicles to showrooms, dealers and distributor locations throughout KSA.
• Oversee vehicle movements on‑site, enforcing safety, quality and compliance standards.
• Negotiate and finalize Service Level Agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Lead performance management processes, including staff appraisals and development reviews.
