Operator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Operator to support our production line and ensure product quality and safety. The role involves collaborating with the Quality Inspector, managing raw materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure product conformity with specifications.
• Ensure proper cleaning of the production line during shift and month‑close.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Set up machines correctly and perform size changes.
• Handle raw material receipt and returns, ensuring proper storage.
• Communicate any machine issues to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Keep finished goods pallets, waste bins, trolleys, and raw materials organized in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Report any safety hazards promptly to the HSE officer.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the OH&S management system.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of production equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Saudi national (eligible to work in Saudi Arabia).
• Ability to follow safety and environmental procedures and participate in HSE activities.
