Oracle Cloud Procurement Technical Project Manager

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules for a client in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role bridges business, IT, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Self‑Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Contracts, Inventory).
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, methodologies, security, and quality standards.
• Produce status reports, steering‑committee updates, and executive communications.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ERP/Oracle transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay cycles, sourcing, contracts, and AP integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
