Oracle Technical Consultant – BPM & Integration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BPM Technical Consultant with strong Arabic and English communication skills to design, develop, implement, integrate, and support enterprise business process management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy business process solutions using Oracle BPM Suite, including BPMN 2.0 models, workflows, human tasks, and business rules.
• Integrate Oracle BPM applications with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP services, APIs, Oracle SOA Suite, and middleware; develop service interfaces and support Oracle EBS/Fusion integration.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot workflow and performance issues, and manage application upgrades and patches.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Arabic‑speaking stakeholders, conduct workshops, and prepare technical design documents and deployment guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field; Oracle BPM/SOA certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands‑on Oracle BPM development.
• Experience in banking, financial services or large enterprises and working with Arabic‑speaking users.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Oracle BPM Suite 11g/12c, Oracle SOA Suite, BPMN 2.0, Human Workflow, Oracle Business Rules.
• Java/J2EE, REST & SOAP Web Services, XML/XSD/XSLT.
• SQL & PL/SQL, Oracle WebLogic Server, Git version control.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) knowledge, Oracle EBS/Fusion integration, API development and consumption, middleware integration patterns.
