OT Cybersecurity Design Engineer (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

We are seeking an OT Cybersecurity Design Engineer to join our Digital Industries team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring security measures for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) across both factory and customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design security architecture for ICS/SIS and develop detailed cybersecurity designs following standard blueprints.
• Implement, configure, and test security solutions including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and backup technologies.
• Manage system backup solutions (e.g., Acronis) and deploy endpoint security tools (e.g., McAfee).
• Configure and maintain network firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, SonicWALL, and Siemens devices.
• Perform firmware updates on automation controllers, switches, and firewalls.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation: functional design specifications, network diagrams, asset inventories, FAT/SAT procedures, and O&M manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field; Cybersecurity degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a design or site engineer in OT security.
• Relevant OT security certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, OSCP) are highly desirable.
