Painter for Golf Villas & Resort Residences

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join the pre‑opening engineering team for the Four Seasons Resort Red Sea. The successful candidate will work on the Golf Villas and Resort Residences, delivering high‑quality finishes that meet the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and priming, for interior and exterior painting.
• Apply paints, stains, and specialty finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and metal fixtures in accordance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and report progress to the site supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a painter in luxury hotel or resort projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to exacting standards.
• Physical stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
