Palm Tree Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Palm Tree Supervisor to lead daily operations of our date‑palm plantation in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing tree health, irrigation, fertilisation, pruning, pollination and harvesting to meet production and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm activities, assign tasks to workers and ensure proper use of agricultural tools.
• Monitor palm health, growth, soil conditions and coordinate irrigation and fertigation programmes.
• Manage pruning, thinning, pollination, pest‑disease control and harvesting operations.
• Maintain accurate records of production, treatments, fertilizers and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture or related field.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on experience in date‑palm cultivation and farm management.
• Proven ability to supervise farm workers and coordinate agricultural activities.
• English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
