Partnerships Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Partnerships Specialist to develop and manage strategic relationships that support Jobs for Humanity’s growth and objectives. The role focuses on identifying collaboration opportunities, maintaining strong partnerships, and ensuring successful implementation of partnership initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align partnership activities with the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and coordinate partnership agreements and activities.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of partnership projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English.
