Payroll and Administration Manager (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Plaza Premium Group is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia and seeks an experienced Payroll and Administration Manager to lead the payroll function for a rapidly growing workforce. This senior HR position will shape payroll processes, ensure compliance, and support strategic workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full monthly payroll cycle for 1,000+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate payroll inputs such as hires, promotions, salary changes, allowances, deductions, transfers and terminations.
• Ensure payroll compliance with Saudi statutory requirements, including GOSI, WPS/Mudad, EOSB and labor regulations.
• Maintain employee payroll and compensation data in Workday and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare staff costing, cost allocation reports and analytics for Finance and senior management.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, support compensation reviews and benefits administration.
• Provide payroll, headcount and workforce analytics for HR, Finance and leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a payroll management or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi payroll regulations, GOSI, WPS/Mudad, EOSB and related deductions.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, reconciliation and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
