Payroll Specialist SAP ECP

About the role

Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support end‑to‑end payroll operations using SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You will work closely with the HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, and reporting for employees in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full payroll cycles in SAP ECP, including data entry, validation and posting.
• Configure payroll elements such as wage types, infotypes and payroll schemas.
• Perform payroll result validations, reconcile discrepancies and ensure statutory compliance.
• Generate standard payroll and management reports using Excel and reporting tools.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and assist in resolving issues.
• Support payroll audits, documentation and system upgrade testing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or a related field.
• 1–3 years of payroll experience, preferably with SAP Employee Central Payroll.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance and reporting.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities and good communication skills.
