People Experience & Culture Trainee (Tamheer) – Riyadh

About the role

The People Experience & Culture Trainee will support Chalhoub Group’s employee wellbeing and engagement strategy. Working across offices, stores and warehouses in Riyadh, the role contributes to shaping the company’s culture and enhancing the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual wellbeing and engagement calendar and execute initiatives and events across all locations.
• Act as custodian of employee wellbeing benefits, ensuring they remain relevant and up‑to‑date.
• Prepare communication copy for wellbeing and engagement campaigns in collaboration with Group Communications.
• Conduct market research on trends and technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve employee experience.
• Secure partnerships with external providers to introduce exclusive wellbeing benefits.
• Capture feedback, analyse data and present performance reports on initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in employee wellbeing, culture and engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to conduct research and present analytical insights.
