Plant Manager – Ready Mix Concrete

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Ready‑Mix Concrete plant in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring high‑quality output, and driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the ready‑mix concrete plant.
• Oversee production, batching, dispatch coordination, maintenance, and overall plant efficiency.
• Ensure consistent production of high‑quality concrete meeting required standards.
• Lead and manage plant teams across production, maintenance, and operations.
• Monitor performance, productivity, operational KPIs, and costs.
• Manage raw materials, inventory, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, Logistics, Sales, and Project teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Ready‑Mix Concrete industry, with proven plant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
