About the role

The Plant Operation & Laboratory Supervisor will oversee daily plant activities and laboratory processes, ensuring smooth coordination between operational teams and lab staff. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency within the plant environment in Jeddah.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in plant or laboratory operations.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise operational teams.
• Strong understanding of plant operational procedures and quality monitoring.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and operational standards.
