PMO Manager – Lead Project Management Office

About the role

The PMO Manager will lead and develop EjadTech’s Project Management Office, overseeing both technology and consulting projects. This senior position ensures governance, operational excellence, and successful delivery aligned with strategic objectives and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, evolve, and continuously improve the PMO framework in line with industry best practices.
• Define and enforce project management policies, procedures, standards, and governance models.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs, and provide executive reports on status, risk, and performance.
• Oversee technology and consulting projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and delivery teams, promoting a strong project‑management culture.
• Develop templates, tools, and reporting frameworks to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in project management and PMO leadership, with a proven track record on technology and consulting projects.
• Strong knowledge of methodologies such as PMP, PMI, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
• Experience with governance frameworks, portfolio management, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
