About the role
The Presales Consultant – Apple will partner with the sales team to drive growth by showcasing Apple’s portfolio of products and solutions. You will engage prospective customers, understand their business challenges, and design tailored Apple‑based solutions that demonstrate clear value.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert‑level technical knowledge of Apple products, services, and solutions during customer engagements.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that articulate the benefits of Apple solutions.
- Gather and analyse client business requirements to identify appropriate Apple technologies.
- Design and propose customized Apple‑centric solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Equip the sales team with technical information, tools, and documentation to support the sales cycle.
- Assist in responding to RFPs and preparing detailed technical proposals.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new Apple product features and market strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in pre‑sales or technical sales, preferably in technology or IT.
- Strong understanding of Apple products, services, and ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of successful client engagement and solution selling.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
