Principal Partner Development Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a Principal Partner Development Manager to lead and grow strategic partnerships with System Integration partners across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners build and scale their AWS practice while driving cloud adoption for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep, trusted relationships with C‑level executives of selected System Integration partners.
• Design and execute joint business plans that accelerate AWS adoption in the region.
• Guide partners in creating market‑ready offerings and roadmaps that deliver business value.
• Collaborate with AWS sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless partner engagements.
• Prepare and present business reviews to internal and external senior leadership.
• Manage C‑level relationships and drive AWS practice growth across partner organizations.
• Complete required technical and commercial trainings to inspire partner teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) in partner development, cloud services, or related fields.
• Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships at the executive level.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute joint go‑to‑market strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with diverse personas.
