About the role

A relationship manager supports private account holders to identify banking needs and achieve targets according to approved plans. The role involves creating accounts for new private and affluent customers, driving balance growth and resolving problems.

Key responsibilities

Create accounts for new private and affluent customers while identifying their banking needs.
Drive balance growth for the branch.
Maintain balances of existing customers.
Resolve any problems customers may face.
Attract new customers.
Follow departmental policies, processes, SOPs and instructions to ensure work is carried out consistently.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree.
CME-1 certification is preferred.
At least 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
