Procurement Engineer (Construction) – Riyadh

About the role

Tamear is looking for a Procurement Engineer to support its construction and real‑estate projects in Riyadh. The role will manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely processing of purchase orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for construction materials and services.
• Negotiate prices, offers and commercial terms with vendors.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams to align procurement activities with project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of practical procurement experience, preferably in construction or real‑estate development.
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures and supplier management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and follow up efficiently with suppliers.
