Procurement Engineer

About the role

The Procurement Engineer will lead Flow’s procurement function for its residential portfolio in Saudi Arabia, focusing on FF&E, facilities and operational supplies. Based in Riyadh, you will work closely with design, facilities, operations and finance teams to source the right products at the right cost and delivery schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end procurement for FF&E, facilities and operational categories across the KSA portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a robust supplier network, negotiate pricing, contracts and service levels.
• Lead RFQ and competitive bidding processes, evaluate suppliers and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, invoices and freight documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate purchasing workflows from request to delivery, interfacing with design, facilities, operations and finance.
• Maintain ERP procurement records, track costs, receipts and inventory.
• Monitor market pricing and supply conditions to identify cost‑saving opportunities and mitigate risk.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of procurement experience, preferably in real‑estate or construction environments.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management and cost control.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
