Procurement Engineer

About the role

The Procurement Engineer will build and own Flow’s procurement function for its residential portfolio in Saudi Arabia, focusing on FF&E, facilities and operational supplies for communities in Riyadh. Reporting to the Head of Program Design & Development, MENA – Physical Delivery, this hands‑on role combines strategic sourcing, vendor management and cost control to ensure the right products are delivered on time and at the right price.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end procurement for FF&E, facilities and operational supplies across the KSA portfolio, ensuring quality, cost and on‑time delivery.
• Build and manage a supplier network in Saudi Arabia, negotiate pricing, contracts, commercial terms and service levels.
• Lead RFQ and competitive bidding processes, evaluate suppliers and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Maintain complete procurement documentation (POs, contracts, invoices, vendor records, freight documents) and keep ERP records up to date.
• Coordinate purchasing workflows with Design & Development, Facilities, Operations and Finance teams.
• Monitor Saudi market pricing and supply conditions to identify cost‑saving opportunities and mitigate supply risk.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within real‑estate, construction or facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end sourcing, vendor negotiations and contract administration.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations governing procurement and import of goods.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on cost control and risk reduction.
