Procurement & Supply Chain Trainee – Tamheer Program

About the role

Jamjoom Pharma is offering a six‑month on‑the‑job training program for recent Saudi graduates interested in procurement and supply chain. As a Procurement & Supply Chain Trainee you will support the procurement team in sourcing, ordering, and managing supplies for the company’s pharmaceutical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering business requirements and preparing purchase requisitions.
• Support supplier identification, evaluation, and selection processes.
• Help issue purchase orders and track order status through receipt.
• Participate in updating payment terms and maintaining procurement records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Required profile

• Saudi national, resident in Jeddah.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management from a recognized university.
• Not registered with GOSI in the last six months and not currently employed.
• Never participated in the Tamheer program before.
