Product Manager – AI-Powered Digital Learning

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap while supporting the development of AI‑powered digital learning experiences. The role focuses on translating learner needs and business requirements into innovative product solutions, working closely with Engineering, AI & Machine Learning, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing, and Business Development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy and multi‑phase roadmap for AI‑driven learning solutions.
• Drive development of adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, personalized pathways, content generation and automated grading.
• Design learner models, recommendation engines, knowledge‑tracking and mastery estimation capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Instructional Design, Marketing and Business Development to deliver complex technology products.
• Manage product requirements, technical specifications, AI solution evaluations, experiments and analytics while ensuring responsible AI, data protection, security and compliance.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and act as the AI‑learning product leadership reference across the organization.

Required profile

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record building, scaling and launching digital products.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, personalization and data‑driven product development.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Data and Machine Learning teams on complex technology solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, product leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
