Product Manager – RIS (Digital Health)

About the role

The Product Manager – RIS will be the technical and operational lead for Roche Information Solutions (RIS) digital products, Lab Insights and Healthcare Insights across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with global product hubs to ensure seamless software lifecycle management and successful market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Drive portfolio call‑to‑actions, manage product life‑cycles, and oversee Phase‑In/Phase‑Out transitions without disrupting revenue.
• Provide detailed technical tender support, delivering software specifications and IT architecture requirements for IT‑heavy procurement processes.
• Equip local sales teams with specialized software training and lead customer presentations and interactions.
• Coordinate centralized marketing notifications, material introductions, and ensure compliance with regulatory updates.
• Bridge complex global digital solutions with local field execution to secure technical wins and protect market share.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in healthcare IT, digital health or related product management.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with global hubs and local teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, procurement processes and regulatory marketing notifications.
