Production Engineer – Saudi Nationals

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a detail‑oriented Production Engineer to optimise assembly processes and ensure smooth, high‑quality production operations. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to refine process flows, solve technical challenges and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives in a consumer‑electronics manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise assembly process flows to support efficient, high‑quality production.
• Design, validate and maintain tooling and fixtures required for production lines.
• Develop and maintain process documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Troubleshoot technical issues on production lines and generate problem reports.
• Lead or participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at efficiency, quality and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
