Project Control Manager

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead a team of professionals overseeing mission‑critical construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for schedule compliance, cost performance, and delivering accurate progress reporting across multiple phases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review contractor schedules to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Develop detailed, resource‑loaded schedules and deliverable lists in coordination with engineering managers.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and maintain weekly EVM dashboards at project and sector levels.
• Provide construction support by monitoring work progress, comparing it to the approved program, and preparing weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Support proposal development by creating schedules for new pursuits and presenting schedule‑related updates in internal and external meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of planning/scheduling experience, preferably on entertainment or leisure projects.
• Proven expertise in Earned Value Management for performance analysis and reporting.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
