About the role
Lenovo is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead LME‑assigned and plant‑level special projects. You will be responsible for ensuring milestones are met while supporting Lenovo’s vision of delivering smarter technology worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Lead special projects at the plant level and drive milestone delivery.
- Manage project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Organize regular management meetings, oversee BMS governance, and follow up on action items.
- Standardize management processes, consolidate reports, and provide decision‑support insights.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects within a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable recommendations.
