Project Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Project Management Specialist to lead commercial real‑estate projects for Olayan Financing Company in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures projects are planned, executed, monitored and delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards while coordinating resources and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial real‑estate projects from initiation through close‑out, developing comprehensive plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors and stakeholders to meet milestones and mitigate risks.
• Monitor progress and performance metrics, providing regular status updates and reports.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes and safety regulations.
• Control project budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities and address variances promptly.
• Maintain client relationships, ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve project‑related issues and conflicts in a timely, professional manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven project‑management experience in the commercial real‑estate sector.
