About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects in Jeddah. You will drive operational excellence, manage significant budgets, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules aligned with client expectations.
• Manage project resources—including labor, materials, and equipment—to optimize efficiency and control costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate transparent communication among clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain detailed project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and professional growth.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
