Project Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure and city development initiatives, with a strong focus on water and wastewater works. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor project progress, performance and costs, reporting regularly to management.
• Identify, analyse and mitigate project risks, and manage changes to scope, schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and occupational health policies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide technical guidance to team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing large‑scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Extensive experience in water and wastewater project management, preferably with government or semi‑government programmes.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and with zero accidents.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
