Project Manager

About the role

CLEAR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction and engineering projects from initiation to completion. The role requires strong coordination with multiple stakeholders and a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all project phases from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Monitor project performance against schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Report regularly on project status, milestones, and challenges to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 13 years of project management experience in construction or engineering, preferably with high‑rise building projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and risk effectively.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
